What is BOUNZE?

BOUNZE is a Filipino brand offering custom performance insoles designed for athletes and everyday movers. Our Performance insoles mold to your foot at home—no kiosk or clinic needed.

  • Pro Performance: Designed for athletes and active users. Features dual-layer Orxinlite® foam, shock-absorbing heel and forefoot pads, PETG arch shell, anti-skid grip, and a sweat-wicking top layer. Best for basketball, running, volleyball, hiking, and other sports.
  • Daily Performance: Built for commuters and casual wearers. Lighter and more flexible with the same arch support and breathable comfort for work, errands, or long walks.

We follow EU sizing for accuracy. Check your shoe’s size label and select your matching EU size when ordering.

No trimming needed. BOUNZE insoles are pre-cut based on EU sizing to fit standard shoe sizes accurately.

  • Pro Performance fits best in athletic shoes like sneakers and trainers.
  • Daily Performance is great for casual shoes, work shoes, slip-ons, and boots.

You can switch them between shoes as needed once molded.

Molding & Fit

How does the molding process work?

BOUNZE insoles are designed to mold safely and easily at home using our DIY kit. With just hot water and a few simple steps, you can create a custom fit in minutes — no need for kiosks or clinics.

It’s a fun and satisfying process you can even share with friends or post on social media. Your molding kit includes everything you need to get started, along with a step-by-step guide. No clinics, no appointments!

Nope! Our insoles adapt to your foot shape as you mold them. You can also use a wet foot test at home to understand your arch type and pressure zones.

Yes, the wet foot test is a quick, reliable way to understand your arch type and pressure zones. Simply wet your foot and step on paper or tile — the imprint reveals whether you have a neutral arch, flat foot, or high arch, giving you insight into how your foot absorbs impact.

 

✅ This method has been used for decades by podiatrists, physical therapists, and orthotics professionals as a basic screening tool for foot biomechanics — especially when more advanced equipment isn’t available.

 

While it’s not as detailed as a 3D foot scan, BOUNZE insoles adapt to your actual foot shape through our heat-molding process, giving you personalized support and alignment regardless of your arch type.

If the insoles are unmolded and unused, you may return them within 14 days. Once molded or worn, returns are no longer accepted.

  • Daily Performance: 9–15 months for casual or office wear

Lifespan depends on use intensity and pressure applied.

Yes.

To clean your insoles:

  • Gently scrub with a soft brush or cloth using mild detergent and cold to lukewarm water
  • Rinse lightly—do not soak
  • Air dry in a shaded, well-ventilated area
  • Avoid direct sunlight, heat, or open flame

Never machine wash, machine dry, twist, or wring the insoles, as this may damage the internal layers

Returns & Support

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes—for unused, unmolded, and unaltered insoles returned within 14 days. Used or molded insoles are non-returnable unless defective. Please check your size carefully or reach out to us before molding.

To ensure proper fit and comfort, please refer to our size chart and measure your foot length in millimeters (mm). Avoid relying solely on shoe size. If the insole is shorter than your foot, it may lead to discomfort or reduced support.

If you’re between sizes, always size up. BOUNZE insoles are not trimmable, so selecting the larger size ensures full foot coverage and arch support.

Due to the personal molding process, we don’t offer returns or trials. However, if you received the wrong size based on our chart, reach out — we’ll do our best to assist you.
