Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy (from the date of delivery) for customers in the Philippines. You may return your insoles if they are unused and unmolded within this period. Once the insoles are heat-molded, used, trimmed, or altered in any way, they are no longer eligible for return due to hygiene and custom-fit considerations.
